I started my career as a financial analyst focusing on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, land, ski resorts and multi-family properties.  After working in Vancouver, BC for a number of prominent companies my wife and I decided to move to Hawaii.  On the Big Island I obtained my real estate license and also built several single family homes and ran a successful vacation rental.   We returned to the mainland in 2018 with a significantly larger family including a son a cat and a dog!  Point Roberts had always intrigued us but we now felt ready to relocate and establish ourselves in this wonderful pocket of Washington.

I have have negotiated countless contracts and been involved in real estate transaction as small as $10,000 and as large as $180M.   My background and previous experience have given me a well rounded understanding of all things real estate.  I now put those skills towards making other’s real estate goals come to fruition.
