As a full-time Point Roberts resident for over 15 years, I have a deep connection to this special community — its close-knit neighbors, forests, beaches, trails, and rich history. After earning a PhD in Fisheries Science, I relocated from Miami to Vancouver in 2009 to work at the University of British Columbia. My husband and I chose Point Roberts to raise our two children, drawn by its idyllic scenery, safety, and quiet atmosphere — all within easy reach of Vancouver’s amenities. Over the years, I became deeply woven into the fabric of the community while leading the PTO at our local primary school, running a photography business, and managing my vacation rental property. When my children grew more independent, I channeled that community knowledge into earning my real estate broker’s license.

My scientific background gives me a sharp understanding of market trends and data, while 15 years of raising a family here gives me firsthand knowledge of what it truly takes to maintain a home and a life in a border town.
